Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Lead to join our team at PSG Global Solutions India. The IT Lead will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless IT operations, and providing technical support to internal teams. This role involves working closely with global and local teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable technology systems.

Job Title: IT Lead - Night Shift

Note: Immediate Joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and end-user systems.
• Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and network devices.
• Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide timely technical support for hardware/software and resolve IT-related issues for on-site teams.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights within systems and applications.
• Maintain and document IT policies, procedures, and asset inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and support.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and IT best practices.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, and migrations in line with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, systems support, and network management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and network protocols.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with data backup, disaster recovery, and IT security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Work experience in BPO or RPO environment preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of endpoint security and vulnerability management tools.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA, etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.

Job Details & Compensation

Position: IT Lead

Location: Baner, Pune

Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week

⏰ Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Salary Range: 7.5 LPA - 8 LPA

Expected Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Experience Required: 5 - 7 Years
