We are an IIT Delhi-incubated deep-tech EV startup. Vecmocon is making the EV ecosystem smart, connected and reliable by using its state-of-the-art solutions and data-centric approach, to drive the electric mobility revolution in India.

Roles and Responsibilites :

- Define the company's product vision and create an exhaustive product roadmap

- Gather insights and outline customer problems by interacting with the customers/prospects and
internal stakeholders, and solve them using the desired product.

- Define product requirements and translate business requirements into product strategy.

- Conduct extensive marketing research, market surveys, analyze reports/data, etc, and track results to develop product, backed by data-driven insights

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, h/w product, tech integration etc.

- Define and communicate a broader yearly product vision to the management and key stakeholders.

- Actively work with the engineering team to deliver quick time-to-market product

- Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact

- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

- Drive product launches including working with marketing/PR teams and other key stakeholders

Requirements & skills :

- Familiar with product management tools like Jira, Clickup, etc

- Min 1- 2 years of relevant product management experience

- B Tech / BS or MBA or an equivalent degree from tier-1 institutes

- Prior product management experience in Fintech organizations is preferred
