Social Media Strategy & CalendarCreate monthly content calendars in coordination with the client's PR section.Align content with telecom regulatory work, public announcements, events, and campaigns.Integrate thematic campaigns such as consumer awareness, digital India, telecom reforms, etc.2. Content Planning & DeploymentSchedule and publish daily posts across:Twitter (X)FacebookInstagramLinkedInYouTubeWhatsApp ChannelsEnsure posts are timely, compliant, and relevant.Use appropriate hashtags, tagging, and metadata for optimization.3. Real-Time Monitoring & EngagementMonitor platforms 24x7 for mentions, tags, and trends related to client.Flag critical public feedback or negative sentiment to the client's official concerned.Coordinate and implement responses per client's escalation protocol.4. Analytics & ReportingMaintain dashboards for:Impressions, reach, clicks, shares, likes, commentsEngagement rates and audience sentimentSubmit data to the Monthly Effectiveness Analysis and MIS Reports.Highlight top-performing content, campaign outcomes, and recommendations.5. Content CollaborationWork closely with:Graphic Designer for creativesVideo Editor for reels, explainersContent Writer for captions, scriptsProvide input on visual treatment based on platform trends.6. Crisis Communication SupportIdentify and report viral/negative content trends affecting client.Coordinate with client to prepare real-time statements or content to manage perception.7. Compliance & ModerationEnsure all content follows client’s regulatory framework.Remove/flag inappropriate content as per copyright and moderation policy.Assist in copyright protection efforts (including fake news takedowns).8. Influencer & Community Engagement (Organic Only)Identify and tag non-paid influencers who amplify client messaging.Track public shares and mentions and incorporate findings into monthly reports.9. Support During Events & CampaignsProvide digital amplification for client press conferences, consumer events, or workshops.Coordinate live social media coverage during these occasions.QualificationsGraduate in any disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in managing social media for government, telecom, or tech sectorsStrong command over English and Hindi (including typing)Proven track record of managing multi-platform social strategiesWhat You Can Expect:Leave entitlement under various heads, up to 32 days /year.2 duvet days/year (unscheduled absence when you just want play or sleep all day)Highly competitive salary
