We are looking for a skilled Java Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Java applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, software architecture, and design patterns, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

As a Java Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our Java applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture Design and Planning :

- Define and document the overall architecture for Java-based applications, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

Solution Implementation :

- Lead the implementation of architectural solutions, including designing and developing core components and modules of Java applications.

- Ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.

Performance Optimization :

- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the performance of Java applications through code refactoring, tuning, and optimization techniques.

- Conduct performance analysis and profiling to identify opportunities for improvement.

Integration and Interoperability :

- Design and implement integration solutions to enable seamless communication and interoperability between Java applications and other systems or services.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate integration technologies and protocols.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement security best practices and standards to protect Java applications from security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on architecture and design.

- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., Spring Framework, Hibernate).

- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience with enterprise-scale application development and deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
