We are seeking passionate educators and researchers committed to excellence, innovation, and shaping the next generation of logistics professionals.Educational Qualifications:For Professor, the Ph.D. must have been completed before 2017 or 2018.Minimum 10 research papers published in Scopus / Web of Science–indexed journals.Minimum 1 student guided for Phd .Experience Requirements:Minimum 15+ years of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry.At least 5 years as academic, administrative, and strategic leadership Strong industry connections in port, shipping, or logistics sectors.Experience in curriculum development, accreditation, and interdisciplinary program management.Key Responsibilities:Provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for Port and Logistics programs.Design and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and research in port operations, terminal management, and supply chain logistics.Build and strengthen industry partnerships to align programs with emerging trends and employability goals.Supervise and promote research projects and publications aligned with institutional priorities.Drive innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability in maritime logistics education.Represent the university at national and international academic and industry forums
