We are actively working in the areas of spondylosis and arthritis treatment and awareness — offering access to care and educational outreach for chronic condition management.We are hiring a Healthcare Outreach Specialist to lead and expand our patient engagement and public health efforts under Anterdhawani.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new patients through NGOs, schools, colleges, clinics, community centers, and digital platforms.Build and maintain partnerships with doctors, hospitals, psychologists, and local healthcare providers for referrals.Represent Antardhwani in outreach events, mental health drives, and webinars to raise awareness.Organize health awareness camps, community drives, and patient education sessionsBuild partnerships with clinics, NGOs, hospitals, and wellness centersDesign and execute outreach campaigns to increase awareness and access to treatmentTrack outreach metrics and support CSR reportingWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy, or CSR programs (hospital/NGO)Experience in chronic disease, orthopedic, or rehab programs is a strong plusStrong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati & English), compassionate approachFamiliarity with community healthcare or grassroots mobilizationHitech Digital Solutions
