About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

You will leverage your strong analytical skills, data manipulation expertise, and understanding of business processes to identify trends, develop reports, and communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e., product, marketing, sales) to understand data needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) for analysis.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

- Develop and implement statistical models and analyses to answer specific business questions.

- Create clear and concise data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Develop and maintain data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.

Participate in the development and implementation of data governance strategies.

Document data analysis methodologies and findings for future 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e., Python, R, Excel).

- Excellent data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Experience with data warehousing or cloud-based data platforms (a plus)
