RPA DataLoader

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement data loading automations using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (or similar platforms).

- Analyze data sources and target destinations to map data efficiently and ensure data integrity.

- Utilize your understanding of data modeling, relational databases, SQL, and ETL principles to build robust data flows.

- Write scripts using Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation tasks within the RPA workflows.

- Employ strong analytical skills to troubleshoot data loading issues and identify process improvement opportunities.

- Maintain and document data loading automations for clarity and future reference.

- Collaborate effectively with developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts related to data loading and automation to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using RPA tools.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle), SQL, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.

- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
