We are seeking a skilled and driven Lead Audiologist to join our growing team in Bangalore. This hybrid role includes clinic-based services, home visits, and leadership responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings
  • Provide high-quality home-visit audiology services
  • Generate and nurture leads to grow the clinic’s client base
  • Liaise with ENT surgeons, hospitals, and referral partners
  • Ensure exceptional patient care and service standards
  • Support training and development of junior staff
  • Contribute to strategic planning and service enhancement

Who We’re Looking For


  • BASLP/MASLP or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of private/commercial audiology experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Passion for patient care, ethics, and continuous improvement
