This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving technological advancements and a deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping the future of cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation in a fast-paced online retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive cloud strategies, aligning with the company's business goals and technological vision.

- Foster a culture of innovation within the cloud services team, encouraging the adoption of advanced AWS technologies and practices.

- Ensure the seamless scalability and reliability of cloud infrastructure, optimizing for performance and cost efficiency.

- Oversee the design and implementation of robust security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the rapid growth and evolution of the e-commerce platform, facilitating seamless integrations and enhancing customer experiences.

- Provide visionary leadership in the evaluation and adoption of emerging cloud technologies, staying ahead of trends to maintain competitive advantage.

- Develop and manage budgets for cloud operations, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic objectives.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing cloud services team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional A minimum of 12 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a significant focus on cloud computing and services.

- Extensive expertise in AWS, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and Lambda.

- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale cloud migration and transformation projects within the e-commerce or related industries.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of technical professionals.

- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing innovative cloud solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of cloud security protocols, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Advanced certifications in AWS or cloud technologies are highly desirable.
