Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for IT Consulting & US Staffing? We're looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager who can drive new logo acquisition across both our IT Consulting and Staffing service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development by identifying and acquiring new clients across IT Consulting & Staffing verticals.
  • Prepare, manage, and respond to RFPs/RFQs effectively, with a consultative approach to client solutions.
  • Build relationships in leading digital procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Compass, etc.
  • Identify opportunities and pitch services in both private sector and government contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical and recruitment teams to build tailored proposals for client needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT Staffing & Consulting Sales with a strong record of acquiring new clients.
  • Hands-on experience preparing and responding to RFPs/RFQs, especially for government contracts.
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Compass, Bonfire and other industry procurement platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
