Hiring: Liaison Head - Mumbai

We are seeking a dynamic Liaison Head for a Listed Real Estate client in Mumbai.

About the Role

As a Liaison Head with a thorough knowledge of DCPR 2034 & extensive experience of Liaison across all planning authorities such as BMC, MHADA, SRA, MMRDA along with various approving authorities such as CFO, MoEFCC, MPCB, MCZMA

Responsibilities

  • Manage liaison with authorities like BMC, BP, MoEFCC, CFO, DCPR 2034, MCGM, SRA for all project approvals.
  • Ensure project compliance, guide teams on permissions, and handle all related documentation (drafting letters, legal inputs).
  • Collaborate closely with design, finance, and legal teams, as well as external consultants.
  • Conduct site visits for approval parameter checks and provide solutions for liaison queries.
  • Oversee budget implementation, employee reviews, training, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
  • Formulate policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Civil Engineering / Architecture

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in documentation and compliance processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and authorities.
