This role is critical to Dyad’s next phase of growth and transformation. You'll develop and execute a people strategy that aligns with our evolving organizational goals, while driving cultural integration, engagement, and equity across geographies.Success in this role would look like:1. Strategic Leadership & Culture (25%)Trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership teamCompany-wide “One Dyad” strategy defined and implementedCultural integration and change management plans successfully adoptedEmployee value proposition clearly articulated across regions2. Talent Acquisition & Development (25%)Scalable talent pipelines in place for US and IndiaOnboarding, performance, and career development frameworks launched and adoptedSuccession planning and leadership development programs actively in motion3. Employee Experience & Engagement (20%)eNPS and retention metrics improved with tracked action plansEngagement surveys and stay interviews rolled out and informing strategyCompany rituals and communications reflect Dyad values and drive connection4. Compensation & Benefits (15%)Global comp strategy aligned with internal equity and market trendsBenefits programs demonstrate high employee satisfaction and cost efficiencyCareer paths and compensation structures are standardized across geographies5.
