Job Description

We're on the hunt for a creative, camera-confident, and data-savvy Senior Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.

If you're passionate about building brand presence through social media, love being in front of the camera, and thrive on creating content that captures attention and drives results we want to meet you You'll play a key role in shaping our online voice, increasing reach, boosting engagement, and turning views into real leads. From reels to outreach campaigns, you'll be at the forefront of growing our company's digital footprint across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok and YouTube.
  • Create and appear in engaging, on-trend video content (e.g., reels, shorts, stories) across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok to grow brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Strategize and execute social media outreach campaigns to boost profile reach, increase views, drive meaningful engagement, and convert followers into leads.
  • Maintain and execute a monthly social media calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned captions, hashtags, and calls to action.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers to produce high-quality creatives and reels.
  • Monitor platform trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to improve engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Support paid ad creatives, copywriting, and A/B testing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Later/Hootsuite.
  • Strong written English, creative copywriting, and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of social KPIs, analytics, and platform algorithms.
  • Experience managing a posting schedule of 15+ pieces of content per week.

Additional Skills (Bonus to have)

  • Experience with basic video editing and reels production.
  • Knowledge of UTM links, social listening tools, or community building.
  • Worked in sectors like legal, healthcare, B2B, or D2C brands.
