About The Role

Were looking for a quick-witted, fast-moving Social Media Executive who knows how to

turn ideas into contentfast. If you&aposre driven by trends, memes, and reels, and can turn

offline experiences into engaging digital content, this role is for you. Youll be the voice of

the brand across platforms, creating content thats timely, relevant, and thumb-stopping.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram,

LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)

- Create engaging content including reels, carousels, static posts, polls, contests,

and UGC

- Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and campaign goals
- Cover live events and on-ground activities to produce digital-first content
- Manage online reputation by responding to DMs, comments, and mentions
- Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies in real-time
- Stay updated with trending topics and pitch timely, reactive content ideas

Requirements

- Experience in social media or content creation
- Strong understanding of social platforms and their content formats
- Excellent writing and captioning skills with creative storytelling ability
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) or the ability to coordinate with designers
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
- Interest in trends, internet culture, and audience engagement
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, content-first environment.
