About the Role
This role is for a creative powerhouse with an analytical mindset who will lead Content Innovation across the JSW Sports social media ecosystem — a visionary who lives and breathes storytelling, trends, and technology. This role is suited for an individual who can blend creativity, strategy, and analytics to push the boundaries of how sports content is created, consumed, and celebrated. The candidate must have a strong background in content marketing and experience, a deep understanding of content algorithms, and a proven track record in executing successful content campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Content Innovation: Drive cutting-edge content strategy across all JSW Sports verticals — from ideation to execution.
- Content Sales: Drive delivery on monetization assets created as per sales team requirements.
- Data-Driven Creativity: Track and analyze social media metrics to inform creative decisions and enhance engagement.
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of digital and social media trends, leveraging new formats, technologies, and storytelling techniques to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with content leads across teams to define and execute strategies for pre-season and in-season.
- Platform-Specific Strategy: Build and oversee platform-specific (IG, YT, X, FB, LinkedIn etc.) content calendars and strategies for each vertical, optimizing audience and impact.
- AI Integration: Harness the power of AI in content production, editing, and distribution to scale output and creativity. Stay proactively updated with emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies to continually enhance content quality and efficiency.
- Agency Partnership: Work closely with external agency partners — providing feedback, reviewing performance, sharing learnings, and co-developing best-in-class campaigns.
- Creator Ecosystem: Identify, engage, and collaborate with content creators and influencers (both sports and non-sports) to build the JSW Sports creator universe.
- Cross-Industry Inspiration: Draw inspiration and best practices from industries beyond sports to elevate our storytelling and creative output.
- Design Innovation: Collaborate closely with the Design Lead to drive innovation in visual storytelling, design language, and brand identity across all JSW Sports platforms. Ensure a consistent, bold, and distinctive creative aesthetic that elevates the JSW Sports brand universe.
