Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our

mission of transforming data into actionable insights and support multiple environments during off

business hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support business intelligence needs.

• Connect to various data sources using Direct Query and transform data for reporting purposes.

• Implement row-level security (RLS) to ensure appropriate data access.

• Write complex DAX queries for advanced calculations and data analysis.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices and solutions for optimizing WMS functionalities.

• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.

• Monitor and respond to IT incidents and service requests during on-call shifts.

• Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records.

• Participate in post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.

• Expert in writing and maintaining SQL

• Experience working with very large datasets and database tables.

• Data Modeling experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI development.

• Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.

• Experience with Data Bricks and Oracle warehouse.

• Experience with Power Automate is a must have.

• 2+ years of experience creating Power BI Paginated reports.

• Familiarity with Power BI service features like workspaces, sharing, and permissions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to participate in a weekly on-call rotation schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Synapse Analytics.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
