
Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is a rapidly growing consumer technology company redefining kitchen experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in startup or agile organizations, with the ability to design HR systems from the ground up, drive culture, and act as a true business partner to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End HR Ownership: Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Build strong talent pipelines, leverage innovative hiring channels.
3. Culture & Engagement: Shape and nurture a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture aligned with startup values.
4. Policy & Process Design: Create scalable HR policies, frameworks, and systems suitable for a fast-paced, growth-oriented setup.
5. Learning & Development: Identify capability gaps and design agile training initiatives to upskill employees.
6. Compensation & Benefits: Benchmark salaries, design competitive C&B structures, and ensure fairness and compliance.
7. People Analytics: Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making around talent, performance, and retention.
8. Strategic HR Partner: Work closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. 10 years of HR experience, startup experience is a must.
2. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
3. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
