Your Mission

  • Lead with Purpose: Be the guiding force for multiple engineering teams — fostering innovation, technical excellence, and collaboration.

  • Product Solutioning Expert: Partner with product, delivery, and customer success teams to turn business needs into smart, scalable technical roadmaps.
  • Performance Optimizer: Continuously improve speed, scalability, and reliability of our systems — performance is your obsession.
  • People First Leader: Build, mentor, and empower talented engineers and architects. Elevate their growth and drive a culture of ownership, empathy, and determination (CODE).
  • Stakeholder Partner: Collaborate seamlessly with CxOs, clients, and cross-functional leaders across time zones.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven Technical Leadership: 10+ years leading architecture or engineering teams in high-performance environments.
  • Full-Stack Understanding: Deep knowledge across front-end, back-end, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Product Engineering DNA: Ability to translate complex business needs into impactful, sustainable engineering outcomes.
  • People Management Excellence: Strong mentorship, performance management, and culture-building experience.
  • Performance & Scalability: Proven experience in optimizing systems, infrastructure, and processes for speed and reliability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Clear communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions.
  • Cross-Time Zone Leadership: Skilled at managing global teams and maintaining alignment.
  • Decisive Leadership: Ability to make quick, data-informed decisions and execute with confidence.
  • Problem-Solving Mastery: Hands-on mindset with the resilience and determination to solve tough technical and organizational challenges.
