Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Research/Operation Associate. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our client acquisition and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable initiating conversations, and interested in learning how sales pipelines and business relationships are built from the ground up. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact through email or other channels, sending follow-ups, and coordinating meetings between prospects and our internal teams. You will play a key role in the early stages of our sales process and help drive qualified opportunities into the pipeline.


Qualifications

• Identify and research potential clients, companies, and partnership opportunities.

• Compile prospect lists using platforms such as Linkedin, industry websites, and internal tools.

• Analyze prospect needs and determine fit for our products or services.

• Maintain accurate research notes and data in CRM or tracking spreadsheets.

• Craft and send professional cold emails to potential clients.

• Send follow-up emails and reminders to prospects who have not responded.

• Track communication progress across multiple touchpoints.

• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, demos, or introduction meetings.

• Keep CRM notes up to date with communication history, statuses, and next steps.

• Organize lead lists, outreach tracking documents, and meeting schedules.
