1. Technology Leadership :

- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the engineering teams.

- Drive the development and execution of the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

2. Innovation and Product Development :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and develop new products or enhance existing ones.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

3. Team Management :

- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

4. Quality Assurance :

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

- Implement and maintain best practices in software development and quality assurance.

Requirements :

- 18 + years of experience in progressive experience in technology leadership roles.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Sr. Director/AVP/VP in scaled technology companies.

- Deep understanding of technology trends in the US Healthcare sector is preferred.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent Communication Skills and Executive Presence to positively influence the management and the board.

- Proven ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy.

- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work within a matrix environment, balancing the need of multiple client groups.

- Ability to zoom in and zoom out in terms of strategic outlook to defining execution plans and ability to executive till the nth level.
