The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.Key responsibilities:Work closely with the CRM manager to develop CRM strategy for noon FoodOwn key growth OKRs for communications performanceOwn CRM calendar and ensure that it aligns with the campaign calendarBuild, test and execute campaigns on the appWork with the design and messaging of all communication in coordination with the design, content and marketing teamsConduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from CRM campaigns, producing regular reports on performanceQuality checks the application and ensure there are no errors on the platformProfile:Bachelor’s Degree in a related fields6 months -1 year of total experience6 months -1 year experience in e-commerce, CRM marketing dashboards & tools is preferredVery strong analytical ability and knowledge of advanced excel functionalitiesAbility to generate ideas and solve problems independentlyComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skillsHistory of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneAptitude for organization, flexibility and producing resultsArabic proficiency is preferredWho will excel?The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.
