About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with strong skills in both video production and static design. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that strengthens our brand presence, supports marketing campaigns, and communicates our value to growers, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Production

· Design high-impact static creatives for social media, website, ads, and campaigns.

· Produce and edit video content, including testimonials, walkthroughs, product explainers, and promotional videos.

· Use motion graphics, clean storytelling, and strong visual principles to create engaging digital assets.


Marketing Support

· Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create assets for Social Media (Paid & Organic), Website and exhibitions.

· Develop statics, videos, thumbnails, banners, leaflets and brochures that simplify complex technical/agri-tech concepts.

· Work with internal teams to understand creative needs and convert them into high-quality visuals.


Brand & Asset Management

· Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all channels.

· Manage creative asset libraries, templates, and project files for consistent output.


Execution & Reporting

· Handle end-to-end creative workflow - briefing, concepts, production, and delivery.

· Provide weekly updates on creative output, ongoing tasks, and improvements.


Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

· Strong portfolio showcasing both static design and video work.

· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.

· Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and motion graphics.

· Experience designing for digital platforms (social, ads, landing pages).

· Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

· Bonus: Experience in agri-tech, manufacturing, or B2B industries.
