The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating 3D models, and designing interior spaces. The role also includes tasks related to furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure project requirements are met, maintaining design aesthetics, and ensuring all designs are executed as planned.QualificationsExperience in Space Planning and Interior DesignFamiliarity with Architecture and Construction DrawingsKnowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selectionStrong communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role is preferredProficiency in Google SketchUP, Enscape, AutoCAD, Lumion etc. Exceptional designing skills and taste in high end interior finishes Sound knowledge of materials and costs of such materials
