Ruka.live is gaining traction. We’ve built a fully autonomous AI voice-calling sales agent that can do cold calling, lead outreach, and instant inbound follow-ups — all without human reps. Early customers love the power and speed.
Now I need a partner who can take this from strong MVP → scalable product → real company.
Who I’m Looking ForSomeone who:
- Thinks like an engineer + product founder, not an employee
- Builds fast and clean (0 to 1, messy → stable → scalable)
- Understands AI voice stacks (speech-to-text, LLM orchestration, telephony, agent frameworks)
- Gets sales tech — CRMs, pipelines, integrations, real-world constraints
- Loves productising ideas and shaping them into something users obsess over
- Has perseverance — this isn’t a side project or a “try for 2 months” gig
- Wants a massive ownership stake and responsibility, not just a paycheck
- The core architecture of Ruka’s voice agent
- LLM flows, real-time interaction pipelines, accuracy & latency improvements
- API integrations with CRMs, dialers, channels
- High uptime, reliability, and continual optimisation
- Overall tech roadmap
- MVP working with real businesses
- Early traction & real-world usage
- Clear direction on market positioning
- Strong demand from outbound teams looking for immediate value
- Strong experience in backend + AI
- Solid understanding of real-time systems
- Startup or founder DNA
- Comfortable shipping rapidly without hand-holding
- Bonus: telephony (Twilio etc.), vector DBs, agentic systems, Realtime APIs
