Zero Hype.The RoleWe are seeking a CTO Co-founder to lead the Technology & IP Layer across Blitz's emerging Product portfolio, from SaaS automation to skilling and training. We are looking for a Builder-Founder mindset - someone who can start hands-on as a Senior Engineer and evolve into the CTO-Cofounder of Blitz Patent-driven AI portfolio. This is not a Pure developer job, it is a build to own Role. You will architect systems that are technically sound, patent-ready, and commercially deployable, collaborating closely with the Founder (Product & GTM) to take ideas from whiteboard to working product and from POC to Real-world Enterprise Production Scale. If you have ever thought, "I want to build something unique & remarkable, build it right, and own part of it", let us talkWhat will you ownEnd-to-end architecture, engineering, and technical due diligence for all patent-backed productsSupervision of prototype builds (internal or partner teams) across AI, data, and Cloud stacks.Creation of Shared tech frameworks, documentation, and DevOps hygiene across the Blitz portfolio.Liaison with Patent attorneys for technical drafting and claims clarity.Contribution to Blitz's thought leadership and investor communication on tech differentiation; representation in investor & client discussionsBackground (Ideal Profile) PHD is preferred but not mandatory, an Advanced degree, M.Tech/M.S. preferred, or equivalent Industry experience acceptedDemonstrated track record of Excellence in your Work AreaComplete fluency with Machine learning, Deep learning, Gen AI & Agentic AI 10-15 years in Data, AI, Product, or Software Engineering (preferred 5 years in a Start Up)Proven record of shipping MVPs or leading small engineering podsHas created or been part of 1 winning product with 100+ B2B customers Hands-on with at least 2 cloud Platforms & completely proficient in 1 (any 2 of AWS, GCP, or Azure)Fluent in Python (APIs, Data, Automation)Expert in PyTorch or Tensorflow (at least 1) - Ability to Operationalize Open Source AI ToolsExperience in System Design & Early Stage Product BuildComfort leading Small distributed freelancer podsWorking knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes & API-based Architecture Fluent in turning Prototypes into Scalable Architectures and explaining Tech to Non-Tech investors Exposure to IP Creation, a patent is highly preferred Engagement Model Flexible, Remote, Approximately 10 hours per week (Min. 8h) to start with.No fixed remuneration.Equity, Patent Co-inventorship, & Brand Visibility within the Blitz ecosystem. Monthly Review to check on Alignment, Engagement & FocusStructureEquity Pool - Up to 2% - milestone linked (Prototype to Patent to MVP to funding)Since the Value creation in this Entity is purely driven by Acceptance of our Patent Applications and Award of Full Patents, anyone wanting a full-time CXO transition has to come in with a 5-10 year mindset at the least.You can do this with your current Profession; however, you must be eligible to engage in Independent IP creation outside your current Role / Assignment. (No Conflict of Interest with your current organization), whether it is your own or your employer's.While this is a Part-time Opportunity, if any 1-2 of our Patents becomes Traction-Proof, we have an Opportunity to either sell it to a Founder/Company or develop ourselves as a Product Company.Hence, at that point, you could be either one of the early Equity-holding CXOs in such a Spin-Off Subsidiary or stand to cash out your Equity vested at the time of Sale.Equity-linked (Upto 2% vesting over milestones) (Equity will be granted after the 1st Patent is filed - in a way, the 1st Patent is the Litmus test) (If either side finds a Fitment Mismatch during this Process, we can revisit the Co-Founder Agreement/arrangement with 2 weeks notice from either side.Since this role has no Remuneration, you must expect to invest Focused time in the early months (80-100 hours) to establish a Technical Foundation in a very exciting & revolutionary space before the Value can start manifesting.Option to transition to a full-time CXO Role post-funding or Product ScaleWhat's in it for youIf ever you felt that you have exceptional talent and no one cared to find it out, you have come to the right place.
