About First500days


First500days is a startup execution studio helping founders build, launch, and scale businesses from Day 1. We work across operations, marketing, tech, and hiring. As a Campus Ambassador, you will be the face of First500days within your college community and actively help us hire talent from campuses.


This internship is ideal for students who want hands-on exposure to HR, marketing, event promotion, and campus-level brand building.


Role Overview


As a Campus Ambassador, you will help us spread awareness, promote roles and opportunities from First500days, and assist in campus hiring initiatives. This is a remote, flexible part-time internship designed to improve your communication, leadership, and networking skills.


Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Promotion & Branding


Promote First500days and its internship/job opportunities across your campus.


Share openings in WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, student communities, and clubs.


Build brand presence among students and societies.


2️⃣ Talent Outreach


Identify students from relevant departments for various openings.


Assist in collecting resumes, portfolios, and candidate details.


Coordinate between students and the First500days HR team.


3️⃣ Event Support


Help coordinate virtual events, webinars, and awareness sessions.


Encourage student participation and engagement.


4️⃣ Reporting & Coordination


Maintain daily/weekly reports of outreach activities.


Communicate regularly with the HR team about progress and candidate flow.


Ideal Candidate Profile


College student (any year/any stream).


Strong communication & networking skills.


Active in clubs, committees, student groups, or societies.


Socially active and well-connected in campus communities.


Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.
