The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – HR Operations & Employee Experience who will be a catalyst for culture and excellence at Zyeta.
This is a role for someone who thrives on imagination, thrives on connection, and thrives on building experiences that people remember. You will be the voice that builds great culture where every interaction, program, and initiative reflects impeccable quality and inspires pride.
What You’ll Drive
Culture & Engagement
- Reimagine employee engagement with bold, innovative initiatives that bring energy, connection, and pride.
- Curate impactful experiences across the employee journey from onboarding and recognition to learning, celebrations, and beyond.
- Act as the architect of Zyeta’s cultural rituals townhalls, offsites, and everyday touchpoints that inspire and unite.
- Build cultural practices that become a signature of Zyeta and a benchmark in the industry.
Operations & Seamless Excellence
- Lead HR operations with precision, empathy, and unwavering attention to detail.
- Ensure payroll, HRMS, policies, and compliance are executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.
- Build frameworks that scale with growth while keeping people experience at the center.
Innovation & Impact
- Bring fresh ideas, digital tools, and new-age practices into HR and engagement.
- Continuously benchmark Zyeta’s people practices against the best then raise the bar higher.
- Be a visible and active culture leader someone people look up to, trust, and enjoy working with.

- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations and engagement.
