Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts & Taxation Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject expertise, a passion for teaching, and a proven track record of academic excellence. The faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, guiding students, conducting assessments, and contributing to departmental and institutional growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, and Taxation-related subjects.
  • Develop and deliver course content, lesson plans, case studies, and assignments aligned with academic standards.
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and examinations.
  • Guide students in research, internships, and practical learning projects.
  • Stay updated with current industry practices and integrate them into classroom teaching.
  • Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in academic administration, seminars, workshops, and departmental activities.
  • Publish papers, attend conferences, and engage in continuous professional development.


Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills in finance and accounting.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, ERP, or accounting software is desirable.
  • Research orientation and ability to mentor students effectively.
  • Commitment to academic excellence and institutional values.
