RV Educational Institutions are inviting applications for NMKRV Degree College for the position of Assistant Professor in Commerce.

The Assistant Professors' responsibilities include teaching a requisite number of classes, providing guidance and supervision to graduate students, participating in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to Professors and other faculty members. You should be able to pace your lessons and publish articles regularly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate students in Commerce subjects such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Studies, Taxation, and related areas.
  • Guide and mentor students in academic, research, and career-related aspects.
  • Engage in curriculum development, pedagogical innovation, and continuous improvement of teaching practices.
  • Conduct internal assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records.
  • Undertake research and publish in peer-reviewed journals, seminars, and conferences.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or allied discipline with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade).
  • NET/SET qualification as per UGC norms (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Strong academic background with specialization in areas such as Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or Taxation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • Freshers with strong academic credentials may apply.
  • Candidates with 1 to 3 years of teaching/research/industry experience in Commerce or related fields will be given preference.
