Job Title: Tosca Automation Engineer


Work Mode: Hybrid

Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Experience: 5–8 years


Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tosca Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, solid understanding of test automation best practices, and exposure to SAP testing (good to have). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable automation solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test assets.
  • Collaborate with functional testers, developers, and business analysts to ensure robust QA processes.
  • Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Perform root-cause analysis of test failures and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to automation best practices, standards, and coding guidelines.
  • Prepare automation strategy, test reports, and documentation.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in test automation with strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Module creation
  • Test case design
  • API testing using Tosca
  • TDS, TQL, Execution Lists
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.


Good to Have

  • Experience in SAP automation using Tosca (SAP GUI/Web, Fiori, ECC/S4HANA).
  • Knowledge of SAP business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, etc.).
  • Exposure to Service Virtualization, Tosca BI, or qTest.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) is a plus.
