Position Description :

Seeking skilled professional Test engineer and Test Lead with proven expertise in Card-based banking solutions and Digital Banking platforms. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Credit, Debit, WPS, and Pre-paid cards, Card Management Systems (Prime/Way4), Customer journey testing, UAT execution, and regulatory tech projects, including wallet/tokenization initiatives.

Responsibilities

 Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for card and digital banking systems.

 Define test strategy, test plans, and oversee execution for multiple test cycles.

 Coordinate with stakeholders including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers.

 Guide and mentor test engineers in creating test scenarios, UAT scripts, and defect management.

 Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and defect closure.

 Drive compliance testing for projects involving regulatory authorities and security standards.

 Oversee integration testing across CMS (Prime, Way4), banking channels (mobile, internet, ATM), and wallet/token systems.

 Provide risk assessments, status reports, and test metrics to project leadership
