As part of our expansion, we are currently looking to recruit outstanding Business Administrators to join our team at Kelakam, Kannur district. This office will be providing business support to Joscocare and therefore will be dealing with Clients and workers who are exclusively based in the UK and this job is about managing people and expectations. This is an ideal opportunity for local candidates to work for a respectable and growing international company and learn and develop their skills and career. The Office is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm UK time spread over 2 shifts (6 am-3 pm and 9 am to 10 pm GMT). You are required to work 48 hours/week and depending on the shifts, you will have 3 days or 2 days off after 5 days of work. There is no option to choose the shifts and therefore only those who are able to work on both shifts as part of a rota only need to apply and it is a condition of employment that you live within 10km of Office and should have own transport. The company DOES NOT provide accommodation but may help to find one. As a Support Manager, you will be able to think clearly under pressure and time is of the essence and analytical and problem-solving skills with persuasive and go get attitude is required. Punctuality and a high level of work ethics is an absolute must. Ability to communicate fluently in English and with neutral or UK accent is an absolute must and therefore people who have no exposure to English speaking environment need not apply. If successful at the interview, you would need to undertake a month of training and if you successfully complete the training, you will be required to sign a 2-year commitment with the company. Therefore, those who cannot commit for a minimum period of 2 years, need not apply. Responsibilities and Duties • Manage a UK branch with a team of Health Care Assistants and Nurses (around 200 staff) • Manage a group of UK Clients who are Healthcare providers (Care & Nursing Homes, Hospitals, etc)Shift administration: allocate work to the UK staff working for your branch in compliance with our well-established process and protocols and ensure our clients receive the resources they require, every time. • follow the well-established process and protocols. • relationship marketing: • Troubleshooting and relationship building • Recruitment and business development activities. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications You will be: • an individual with soft skills: communication, self-motivation, leadership, responsibility, teamwork, problem-solving, decisiveness, ability to work under pressure, time management, flexibility, negotiation, and conflict resolution. • highly organized, punctual, reliable and with impeccable work ethics • someone with absolute command over spoken and written English • good knowledge of MS Office and working online as all the tasks are carried out on our customized software. • sound mind and body • an extrovert with good telephone manners • an energetic individual with loads of common sense. • highly flexible as you would be expected to work weekends, nights, early and late shift as part of a rota • good analytical, numerical, problem solving and people management skills. • an honest, reliable, hard-working, confident, disciplined individual with a can-do attitude • a quick thinker who can find solutions for problems within very short time frames and is not afraid to take on challenges. • a quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions and find solutions. • a leader who can motivate themselves, others and lead by example and work together. • a go-getter with a pleasing personality and persuasive skills. • willing to learn and thrive in a challenging environment. • Someone with previous experience working for a western organization will be a definite advantage though not necessary. • Someone with a good level of education but who is a smart learner.
