The company is pioneering innovative AI applications for the FinTech sector and aims to disrupt the consulting services in the Private Equity space with high-impact Gen AI use cases.

About the Role This is a Technical Product Manager role that leverages financial analysis expertise from Private Equity backgrounds to drive AI product development in the FinTech space. We're specifically seeking professionals with Private Markets experience. The role involves translating financial industry knowledge into innovative AI solutions, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving product strategy. It is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of AI products specifically designed for financial services and PE applications
  • Translate complex financial workflows and PE processes into product requirements
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the FinTech space
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and implementation
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine product offerings
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience as a Private Equity Analyst or similar financial role
  • IITs / NITs / BITs academic background preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in transitioning to product management
  • Understanding of financial services workflows and PE deal processes
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in finance
  • Must have Python/Coding Experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
