About the Role

As the Lead – Tech Content Writer at Coditas, your mission is to translate complex technology into clear, credible, and conversion-driven stories that resonate with CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers.

You’ll be Coditas’ technical storyteller — bridging engineering depth with commercial clarity. From whitepapers and solution briefs to pursuit decks and SEO-optimized blogs, your work will drive how the market perceives Coditas’ expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud, GenAI, and Modernization.

This role goes beyond writing. It’s about creating impactful narratives that attract ICPs, generate qualified leads, and accelerate opportunities through the sales pipeline. Every asset you produce should build trust, support GTM motions, and amplify Coditas’ reputation as a trusted technology partner.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop executive-ready assets (whitepapers, POV articles, benchmark reports) that address decision-makers’ challenges and showcase Coditas’ expertise.
• Produce case studies, solution briefs, and success stories that link Coditas’ technical outcomes to business value.
• Create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and web copy that increase discoverability among ICPs.
• Support sales pursuits by crafting proposals, executive summaries, and custom content aligned to live opportunities.
• Collaborate with Events, Digital, and Enablement teams to ensure Coditas’ voice is consistent across campaigns and forums.
• Maintain governance and style guides so every asset reflects Coditas’ brand with credibility and clarity.
• Track and report content performance so leadership sees clear attribution from content → MQL → SQL → Opportunity.

Desired Background

• 3–8 years of experience in B2B tech content writing (IT services, SaaS, or consulting preferred).
• Proven ability to create executive-focused content (whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs).
• Solid understanding of SEO writing principles and keyword research.
• Strong grasp of buyer journeys and ICP personas in enterprise tech.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional GTM teams.

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to GenAI use cases and digital engineering content.
• Experience with Content Management System
• Familiarity with content analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
