About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, people-first Community Associate who can create memorable experiences, build meaningful connections, and keep our workspace running seamlessly. If you love engaging with people, hosting events, and being the go-to problem solver — this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Build a warm, collaborative, and vibrant community experience for all members.
  • Be the first and last point of contact — ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and delightful.
  • Assist with employee travel/ticket bookings for a seamless employee experience.
  • Plan and execute community events, new member orientations, and monthly event calendars within budget.
  • Drive engagement initiatives through member introductions, communication updates, and on-ground support.
  • Handle member queries, tickets, emails, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support internal & external events — from planning to execution.
  • Manage consumables, mail/package handling, and onsite third-party support teams.
  • Track building expenses and submit receipts to the Community Lead/Manager.
  • Identify issues and escalate appropriately with proper documentation.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High integrity, accountability, and a people-centric mindset.
  • Passion for community building and entrepreneurial environments.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and digital tools.
