Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Architect, you will play a key role in defining the architecture and technical strategy for AI/ML projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for applying AI/ML techniques, and design scalable and efficient solutions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and tools, and providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

- Define the architecture and technical strategy for AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Select appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements, performance considerations, and best practices.

- Evaluate and benchmark different AI/ML techniques and frameworks, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for AI/ML development.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in AI/ML, continuously evaluating new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines for AI/ML workflows.

- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred.

- 7-12 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a proven track record of designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in Machine Learning, such as Python, R, or Scala.

- Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.

- Solid understanding of data science concepts and techniques, including data preprocessing, feature selection, model evaluation, and deployment.

- Experience with cloud platforms and services for AI/ML, such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
