Position Overview :

As a Generative AI Specialist, you will play a key role in researching, designing, and developing state-of-the-art generative AI models and applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore novel approaches, implement cutting-edge algorithms, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business impact and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research and explore the latest advancements in generative AI and NLP techniques, including but not limited to language models, text generation, dialogue systems, and content creation.

- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and algorithms that can generate high-quality, coherent, and contextually relevant content.

- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to integrate generative AI capabilities into existing products and platforms.

- Experiment with different architectures, training methodologies, and optimization techniques to improve the performance and efficiency of generative AI models.

- Evaluate and benchmark the performance of generative AI models using appropriate metrics and datasets, and iterate on them to achieve desired outcomes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research papers, publications, and open-source projects in the field of generative AI and NLP, and contribute to the broader AI community through publications and presentations.

- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define project goals, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, and actively participate in knowledge sharing and skill development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Master's or Ph.D.degree preferred.

- 4-8 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, with a focus on generative AI.

- Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

- Solid understanding of generative AI techniques, including variational auto-encoders (VAEs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and transformer models.

- Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, Transformers, and Hugging Face.

- Proficiency in training and fine-tuning pre-trained language models, such as GPT, BERT, and T5, for various generative tasks.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with distributed computing and GPU acceleration.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and analytically to tackle complex challenges.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
