When such a team comes together, no vision seems unachievable, and everyone pushes to deliver outstanding results.About the jobWe are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth with leading global and Indian MNC customers in the Personal & Home Care Space. This role is ideal for a commercially strong, technically capable professional who can manage strategic accounts, lead customer projects, and build long-term partnerships.What You’ll Do• Manage and grow key accounts across global and Indian multinational customers.• Build strong relationships with R&D, procurement, marketing, and leadership teams.• Drive annual account plans, revenue targets, and project pipelines.• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across our product portfolio.• Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations.• Support customers with technical requirements by working closely with our application and technical teams.• Track sampling, trials, and new product introductions from project start to commercialization.• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes.• Collaborate with global principals/suppliers and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.• Maintain accurate forecasts, visit reports, and monthly dashboards.What We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Cosmetics Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.• 5–10+ years of B2B sales/key account management experience in specialty chemicals or personal care ingredients.• Proven success managing large and complex accounts, especially MNCs.• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.• Ability to understand technical formulations and application development.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple customers and projects.Why Join UsOpportunity to work with leading global principals and cutting-edge specialty ingredientsHigh-impact role with direct responsibility for growth in a strategic customer segment.Collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment.Global Exposure and Opportunity to travel world for work
