Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing, Estimation, Costing & Planning Engineer, responsible for ensuring accurate project budgeting, timely execution, and effective financial control across construction projects. The role demands strong analytical skills, sound technical knowledge, and excellent coordination abilities to support project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. The engineer will play a key role in estimation, billing, cost monitoring, scheduling, and project planning while ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).

· Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience can also be considered.

· Additional certification in Estimation, Planning (Primavera/MS Project), or Quantity Surveying is an added advantage.


Technical Skills:

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

· Proficiency in Quantity Take-Off (QTO), rate analysis, and cost estimation.

· Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced), and estimation software.

· Familiarity with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

· Understanding of contract terms, tendering procedures, and billing methodologies.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and GFCs.


Experience Requirements:

· 5–10 years of relevant experience in billing, estimation, costing, or planning in construction projects (depending on the role level).

· Experience in handling civil, structural, and finishing works is preferable.

· Prior experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is beneficial.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

· Strong analytical and numerical skills.

· Good communication and coordination abilities.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

· Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Problem-solving attitude and ability to work within deadlines
