We are hiring for Technical Support Engineer

JD;

Core Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Own and resolve technical issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution within designated timeframes. Identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Customer Support: Understand customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • DevOps Support: Provide support for critical applications using effective methodologies for efficient issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain support documentation, scripts, and debugging guides to build a repository of self-service resources.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams.


Technical Expectations

  • Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Couchbase).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux commands and debugging tools for Java applications.
  • Experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and debugging microservices.
  • Familiarity with Java programming and front-end concepts (UI understanding was emphasized during the discussion).


Preferred Skills

  • Tool development and automation scripting.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
  • General scripting proficiency.
