Job Description :

- Partner with senior stakeholders in the operations/business team to identify IT related needs

- Design feasible solutions and implement in conjunction with business to create value by leveraging best in class tools and technologies to churn high-quality insights.

- Monitor post implementation impact and make recommendations for improvements

- Develop and execute the IT Strategy for SAP Services & Support delivery.

- Manage program and oversee all SAP initiatives (functional and technical work streams) across the organization.

- Oversee the operations of all SAP functional and technical work streams.

- Guide internal teams on implementing continuous improvement / resolving issues in SAP programs and enhance project delivery.

- Anticipate project risks and advise the team on timely and effective resolution of issues for all sites (operations)

- Monitor the SAP ecosystem of the organization to ensure continuous system availability and timely delivery of SAP & other IT related solutions.

- Partner with SMEs for technical support based on business needs.

- Ensure SLA adherence across the group and proper governance as per defined processes

- Lead CAB meetings

- Circulate weekly governance updates/Reports/Decks

- Regular monitor all interfaces with SAP

- Responsible for SAP DR drills

- Develop culture of learning and train IT resources on regular basis

- Provide business case for new business solution evaluation

- Review SOPs and key design documents on continuous basis and update them

- Lead Industry 4.0 Strategy, Lead the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementations.

- Design the architecture between SAP & Mfg. systems and monitor seamless implementation

- Direct the troubleshooting operations and recurring problems in SAP modules and guide the internal team and external vendors to implement a long term and sustainable solution to ensure business continuity

- Guide the project managers, track project based on quality gate processes to ensure that deliverables and the projects stay on track and within budget in line with IT policy /regulations

- Monitor IT Audits for all manufacturing sites and ensure all necessary documentation is maintained for smooth business continuity management

- Project manage all IT initiatives across manufacturing sites.

- Ensure successful implementation as per specifications provided with necessary documentation within budget and timelines.

- Ensure all systems (SAP/SF) are up and running, oversee timely maintenance of all business applications for business continuity

- Direct the application of quality management principles and processes.

- Identify and ensure all documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements and appropriately assembled and archived for audit purposes.

- Provide technical inputs and complete support during system audits across locations/business verticals

- Partner closely with solution architects and other organizations to understand industry advancements in the SAP space and introduce upgrades in the manufacturing ecosystem as applicable

Key Interactions :

- Internal: Senior Heads across functions, ELT Members, Senior Heads in IT

- External: Consultants, Vendors, Knowledge Partners

- Knowledge & Qualifications required

Academic Qualifications :

- BTech (Information Technology) and MBA (preferred)

Minimum Work Experience :

- Minimum experience of 16-23 years in IT project management/SAP implementation with 5-6 years of experience in a manufacturing/pharma organization
