Responsibilities

  • Source business through branch network and open market channels.
  • Interact with customers and explain product details clearly.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and branch relationships.
  • Manage complete loan documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct promotional activities and events to drive business.
  • Update and track leads daily to ensure timely conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and guidelines.


Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (Regular)

  • Ability to build relationships


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sales or business development


Pay range and compensation package

Salary: 14000-18000 + Attractive Incentives (Up to ₹1 Lakh per month)
