Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :


Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Java developers. Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.


Software Development : Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.


Architecture and Design : Define and implement software architecture and design patterns that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the applications.


Microservices : Design and implement microservices architecture to support business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other services.


Database Operations : Utilize Hibernate for database operations and ensure efficient and optimized SQL queries.


Async Communication : Implement asynchronous communication mechanisms using tools such as Active MQ, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, or Apache Kafka.


Testing : Develop and maintain unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure the robustness and reliability of the codebase.


Version Control : Manage code repositories using Git, ensuring proper version control and collaboration among team members.


Project Management : Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management. Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.


Code Reviews : Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and alignment with the defined architecture and design.


Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Promote continuous improvement in the development processes and practices.


Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


Qualifications :


Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.


Experience : 8 to 14 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects.


Technical Skills :


- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.


- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.


- Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture is a plus.


- Familiarity with Hibernate for database operations.


- Knowledge of asynchronous communication tools such as Active MQ, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, or Apache Kafka.


- Experience with JUnit and Mockito for unit testing.


- Strong SQL database operations skills. Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.


- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
