About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who understands both brand and business. Someone who can turn insights into stories, stories into content, and content into footfall.
You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and shape how our brands speak, look, and show up every day. This role needs a sharp marketer, a strong storyteller, and someone who can bring structure to a creative environment.
What you will Lead Team Oversight
You’ll directly manage:
- 2 Marketing Executives
- 2 Social Media Managers
- 1 Graphic Designer
- 1 Photographer
- 1 Videographer
- 1 Event Coordinator
- 1 B2B Sales Executive
- PR Agency + freelancers
You will set weekly plans, review all deliverables, maintain quality, and make sure the work reflects each brand’s voice and intention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Storytelling & Communication
- Build brand narratives for each outlet and ensure they stay consistent across all touchpoints
- Write and edit copy across campaigns, menus, social media, events, partnerships, website, and on-ground branding
- Translate insights into ideas and ideas into clear, engaging communication
- Ensure every brand’s voice is distinct, warm, and true to its audience
- Craft story-led campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments
2. Content Engine & Creative Direction
- Oversee all photo, video, reel, and design output
- Guide the internal team on concepts, moodboards, references, and production quality
- Ensure content is rooted in culture, not clichés
- Build weekly and monthly content calendars for each brand
- Maintain a clean feedback system so creatives can work smoothly
3. Marketing Strategy & Monthly Plans
- Plan monthly marketing calendars tied to brand priorities, sales cycles, and seasons
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, community-building, and brand moments
- Build launch plans for new outlets and new brand initiatives
- Work with the advertising lead on campaign ideas and creative direction
- Oversee B2B brand building for Rare Ideas: social media, content, PR support
4. Sales-Driven Marketing
- Convert brand thinking into measurable footfall and revenue outcomes
- Track performance across Instagram, ads, partnerships, Google, and CRM
- Plan high-impact campaigns for weekends, festivals, product launches, and signature events
- Work closely with operations on on-ground execution
- Maintain dashboards and monthly reporting for founders
5. Systems, Quality & Team Rhythm
- Bring discipline, clarity, and pace to the team
- Run weekly stand-ups, monthly reviews, and performance check-ins
- Maintain SOPs for content, approvals, shoots, events, collaborations
- Ensure all brands under Together Hospitality look and communicate with consistency
Who You Are
- A strong storyteller with a sharp sense of copywriting
- Someone who understands culture, people, and how hospitality brands build loyalty
- Comfortable leading a large creative + marketing team

- Clear communicator — both written and verbal
- Someone who enjoys creating, not just managing tasks
- Has experience in hospitality, consumer brands, retail, or agencies with multi-brand portfolios
Experience Required
- 6–10 years in marketing, brand management, or creative strategy
- Direct experience leading teams
- Strong copy and communication portfolio
- Comfort with working closely with founders and senior leadership
- Ability to manage all aspects of brand communication: content, campaigns, collabs, events, storytelling

- Streamline the marketing workflow across brands
- Improve copy, storytelling, and content quality
- Build monthly plans that reduce chaos and increase pace
- Create consistent, distinct brand narratives
- Lead the team with clarity and confidence
- Shape campaigns that directly impact guest footfall and sales
Compensation
₹13L – ₹15L CTC + performance-based bonus
