Monitoring and Optimization :

- Continuously monitor and optimize ITOM processes to improve efficiency and performance.


Automation and Orchestration :

Service Mapping :

- Create and maintain service maps to visualize and understand the relationships and dependencies between IT services and infrastructure components.
