As a Technical Product Manager with a focus on mobility solutions, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and implementation of our mobility-focused products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy and Roadmap :

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobility solutions.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.

Product Development :

- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.

- Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business priorities.

Customer and Market Insights :

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand pain points and requirements.

- Conduct user testing and gather insights to continuously improve the product.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the mobility space.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.

- Coordinate with support teams to ensure effective product launches and customer onboarding.

Project Management :

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product delivery.

- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development process.

- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.

Performance Measurement :

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance and market impact.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobility solutions.

-Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with engineering teams.

- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, JIRA).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
