Job Title: Marketing Executive – Events & Digital Marketing

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Experience: 1–2 years

Salary: ₹4–5 LPA (based on interview performance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to execute marketing strategies for trade shows, digital events, and audience development campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in event marketing, digital promotions, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

  • Implement comprehensive marketing plans for trade shows and specialized sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute audience development initiatives.
  • Lead multi-channel promotional campaigns ensuring consistent messaging and impact.

Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Develop targeted pre-event and post-event attendee promotions.

Audience Development & Data Management

  • Work with the audience development team to maintain data accuracy and expand the attendee base.
  • Analyze audience insights and campaign performance to enhance marketing outcomes.

Event Support & Coordination

  • Provide on-site marketing support during trade shows and events.
  • Coordinate real-time social media coverage during live events.
  • Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless marketing execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between marketing and departments such as:
  • Design
  • Digital
  • Content
  • Video Production
  • Show Management
  • Drive coordination to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in event or digital marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in email and social media marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqua preferred).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
