About the Role



As a Website Technical Executive, you will play a key role in managing and executing website development tasks—from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth, timely, and technically sound website launches. You will be expected to handle basic technical operations independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver well-performing, visually engaging websites.





Key Responsibilities



  • Communicate occasionally with clients to gather inputs, preferences, and objectives for their websites.
  • Coordinate with the Design team to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly layouts.
  • Manage and execute website content updates, including adding, modifying, or removing text, images, and multimedia elements.
  • Handle technical website operations independently—such as basic troubleshooting, hosting setup, domain management, and CMS integration.
  • Work with the Development team to integrate chatbots and third-party tools, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Conduct testing for functionality, responsiveness, and browser/device compatibility before launch.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page optimizations and improve site performance.
  • Provide clients with progress updates, address feedback, and support post-launch maintenance or technical queries.
  • Maintain clear documentation of website configurations, technical updates, and version histories.






Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Computer Science, Web Design, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven experience in website maintenance, technical operations, or website support.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and Webflow is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for responsive UI development.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and React (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience building at least one project using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and their functionality.
  • Ability to use Postman for testing and managing APIs.
  • Familiarity with JSON data format and handling API responses.
  • Basic understanding of JWT authentication (good to have, not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, website analytics, and performance optimization techniques.
