We are seeking a highly skilled Nutanix Specialist/Expert to join our dynamic IT team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our virtualization and cloud infrastructures forward. As a Nutanix Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining our Nutanix environments. You will work closely with various teams to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of our systems.
Your deep understanding of virtualization concepts, along with your hands-on experience with Nutanix products, will enable you to design efficient solutions tailored to meet our business objectives. In this role, you will also be tasked with troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring that best practices are consistently applied across the board.
Additionally, you will engage in capacity planning and scalability discussions, contributing to the long-term strategy of our technology initiatives. Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure Nutanix environments to align with business needs.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security of Nutanix clusters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Nutanix infrastructure.
- Optimize storage and compute resources for maximum efficiency and performance.
- Conduct capacity planning and advise on scalability of Nutanix solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Nutanix with other systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation regarding system configurations and operational :
- Proven experience with Nutanix infrastructure and technologies.
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and architectures (i.e., public, private, hybrid cloud).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to address complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams effectively.
- Relevant certifications in Nutanix or related technologies preferred.
